Chocolate coated resins

Technology Details:
In India raisins are mainly consumed as snacks and very small portion is utilized by food industry, while in EU countries dairy, bakery and confectionary industries are main consumer of raisins. The raisins are consumed as fresh fruit and there is a requirement to diversify the resins coated processing products. In present technology, the raisins are being coated with chocolate and further processed with rose petals to refine the taste and quality.
