Visual loop-mediated isothermal amplification for marker genes: pat, pmi, aadA, nptII, uidA

Technology Details
Visual LAMP technology targeting marker genes detects respective targets with the limit of detection (LOD) up to 0.1% for pmi, aadA, nptll, uidA, and 0.05% for pat. It allows user-friendly, rapid and cost-efficient GMO screening irrespective of crop and GM trait, where positive amplification is detected visually with change in colour from orange to green, without requiring cumbersome time-consuming gel electrophoretic analysis.
