Real-time LAMP technology targeting marker genes detects respective targets with the LOD up to 0.01%. It allows rapid on-site GMO screening irrespective of crop and GM trait, where positive amplification is detected real-time during the progress of reaction as amplification and melting curves by the measurement of fluorescence.
