Multiplex PCR-based GMO screening simultaneously targeting three marker genes (aadA, pat and nptII)

Technology Details
Multiplex PCR simultaneously targeting three marker genes, namely, aadA, pat and nptll, is a GMO screening technology, which allows rapid checking the GM status of a sample irrespective of crop and GM trait. The technology detects the specific targets with LOD up to 0.05%. Multiplex PCR allows the detection of target aada, pat and nptil marker genes by simultaneous amplification of respective PCR products.
