Device for hydroponic culture of plants

Background:
For different kind of research areas in soilless environment we were facing some issues and we’re looking for a soilless system/machine which-

• Should be small in size so that can be shifted easily to desired location
• Can be used both as aeroponic system and as deep culture hydroponic system
• Can be transported easily to conduct experiments in indoor conditions or outdoor conditions
• Should have sensors for temperature, EC, dissolved oxygen for research studies
• Should have LED lights for indoor studies under artificial lights
• Can also be used for kitchen gardening in urban areas.

Technology Details:
For meeting the above stated requirements, a new machine/system was designed having following features - a. Unit is like a refrigerator or oven and can easily be moved to any place, indoor or outdoor. b. Machine can be used as deep culture or aeroponic system c. Device can be used for research on plants having inbuilt facilities for recording temperature, root length, plant height, dissolved oxygen etc. d. Device has LED lights and other facilities for conducting research in indoor conditions. e. Nutrient solution can be heated or chilled as per requirement. f. Unit can be used as domestic machine for kitchen gardening in urban areas.
