Liquid formulation of indigenous Bacillus thurigiensis NBAIR BtG4 isolates against lepidopteran pests

Technology Details:
The technology for preparation of liquid formulation of indigenous toxic strains of Bt has been designed taking into consideration the medium that supported maximum sporulation and crystal formation and also a stable water based flowable formulation. Foliar spray of Bacillus thurigiensis NBAIR BtG4 @ 2% resulted in the lowest pod damage of 4.04% and highest grain yield in pigeon pea.
