The Agrinnovate India Limited, a CPSE under Department of Agriculture Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfares, Govt. of India registered under Companies act, 1956 in the year 2011. The Company is planning to invest about Rs. 80 Crore (Non- Callable) & Rs. 5 Crore (Callable) for a period of one year as (Non- callable and callable), Banks must be fulfilled the criteria mentioned in Annexure-A. The quotations is sealedenvelope should be submitted strictly in Annexure-A along with supporting documents as per timeline mentioned in quotation inviting notice available on Agrinnovate India Limited website. The Sealed Quotations must be reach in the Company latest by 11:00 AM on 7thAugust, 2026. The Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 7 August, 2026 in the presence of representatives of the Banks in conference room of Agrinnovate India Ltd. If any bank has any concern or query related to submission of quotations, a pre- bid meeting will be convened on 31.07.2026 at 03:00 PM in the premises of the company to solve the queries related to submission of quotations or other, if any.
