White Tail Disease (Macrobrachium Rosenbergii Nodavirus (MrNV) Detection Kit

Nested RT-PCR-based diagnostics have been standardized to detect linearized RNA segment of MrNV, which have the detection limits of 0.01 fg (~four virus particles) for the RNA segment II.
