Agrinnovate India Limited today paid a dividend of ₹3,39,97,362 for the financial year 2024–25 to the Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Rural Development, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, in New Delhi. Agrinnovate India Ltd., a Governmet of India enterprise of the Government of India under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, made this dividend payment in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM).

On this occasion, Union Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan stated that Agrinnovate India is serving as a strong bridge between the creative capabilities of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the practical needs of farmers. He appreciated the organization’s contribution in promoting the transfer of agricultural innovations and fostering technological entrepreneurship. He added that such initiatives strengthen the agricultural vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Chief Executive Officer Dr. Praveen Malik stated that this dividend reflects the company’s financial strength, good governance, and its continued commitment to innovation.

The event was attended by the Chairman of Agriinnovate India Ltd. and Director General of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Dr. M.L. Jat, and Non-Official Director Shri Anand Mohan Awasthi.
